Because the 335i is rated at 300 BHP, but normally is measured on a chassis dyno at ~275 WHP, this would imply a loss of only 9%. So, most people believe the actual HP of the car is closer to 320 HP. This would assume a 14% loss in the transmission with a 275 WHP.
